Today, we celebrate one such extraordinary journey our very own Manivannan M R, who has crossed an unbelievable 3,00,000 kilometres on his Honda Highness.

At The Knight Ryders, we are more than just a motorbike riding club. We are a family of passionate riders brought together by our love for the Honda Highness and the roads that connect us. With more than 30 members and neariang 100th ride this year, we have witnessed countless stories, friendships, and adventures.

But among all these stories, Manivannan’s journey stands apart.

A dedicated Science teacher at a government school, Manivannan bought the Honda Highness not for status, not for trends, but purely out of his lifelong admiration for the Honda brand. Riding was never just a hobby for him — it was a passion deeply woven into his life.

What began as solo rides soon turned into explorations across India. Somewhere along this journey, he discovered The Knight Ryders and joined us to experience the joy of group riding. Over the years, he became part of most of our rides, bringing with him unmatched energy, discipline, and an inspiring simplicity.

Yet, even after becoming an integral part of our riding community, he never let go of what he loved the most — solo adventures.

Across highways, mountains, villages, cities, and endless stretches of Indian roads, Manivannan continued riding. And most beautifully, many of these journeys were shared with his son, turning every ride into a bond strengthened through miles and memories.

Three years ago, he achieved what many riders only dream of — crossing the 1,00,000 KM milestone on his Honda Highness. At that time, it felt monumental. Honda and Kun BigWing recognised and celebrated his achievement, encouraging him through every milestone.

Back then, we all thought it was extraordinary.

But Manivannan had other plans.

Today, he has achieved something even more unbelievable — 3,00,000 kilometres.

Not by chasing records.
Not by seeking attention.
But simply by doing what he truly loves.

He has quietly redefined what passion, consistency, and dedication look like.

For us, he is not just a rider anymore. He is a legend.

This time, Kun BigWing took the celebration to another level by felicitating him in Delhi in the presence of senior Honda officials. And in true Manivannan style, he didn’t fly there.

He rode there.

Manivannan inspires us not because he aimed to achieve something extraordinary, but because he followed his heart without compromise. His love for riding, his curiosity to explore India, and his commitment to every journey have naturally turned into an achievement that now inspires an entire riding community.
